AquaterreX is a global environmental services organization with a mission to broadly implement effective water and food security solutions. We find and deliver high-quality, healthy fresh groundwater that can be managed sustainably, assuring our customers’ long-term water security and future.
How We Work
Finding good, sustainable, high-volume water is a science, not an art.
Our unique Deep Seated Water (DSW) technology employs geology, environmental, and earth sciences with a range of proprietary algorithms and methodologies to identify and analyze geologic, hydrologic, atmospheric, and a multitude of additional data and parameters to locate reliable sources of Deep Seated Water. This includes information from multiband satellite imagery data; geologic and airborne geophysical data collection; and in-situ observation and data collection through multiple sets of patented ground instrumentation. This allows us to pinpoint locations for Deep Seated Water wells with near 100% accuracy. Over 1500 wells have been drilled using these technologies in Australia, USA, Africa and Asia.
After locating and producing fresh water, we can help implement improved water management strategies as well as proprietary soil monitoring, soil remediation, restoration, and conditioning methods. This will help agricultural producers transition away from chemical farming to more regenerative practices.

Drought, hunger, scarcity, and contamination cause too much hardship on our planet. We are driven by a belief that Deep Seated Water is the missing piece of a successful water strategy and a key solution to our world’s freshwater problems. By providing sustainable, abundant, fresh water, we hope to help bring about greater peace on this planet through less conflict over water resources.
AquaterreX is affiliated with the non-profit Lawrence Anthony Earth Organization (LAEO), and supports The Earth Organization’s goal of improving environmental conditions for the health of all life on the planet.
Our goals, purposes, and activities are based on and guided by the principles of Cooperative Ecology, described as when all the parts of an ecosystem, including people, work well together and cooperate toward the mutual benefit of all.
AquaterreX is certified by the State of Texas Board of Professional Geoscientists. This certification confirms that AquaterreX has fulfilled the rigorous requirements to offer and perform geoscience services within Texas, earning Firm Registration Number 50726, enabling more communities across the state to benefit from its groundbreaking Deep Seated Water technology.

The U.S. National Groundwater Association estimates that there are 22.6 million cubic kilometers of groundwater in the upper two kilometers of the earth’s crust (NGWA facts). That is enough water to supply Earth for over 6,000 years at today’s global consumption rates.
Much of this water lies deeper than today’s wells. We call it Deep Seated Water technology™. With advanced satellite technology and our proprietary algorithms, we can now locate and deliver it economically with near 100% accuracy.
AquaterreX Australia Pty. Ltd., concentrates exclusively on the Australia and New Zealand regions. AquaterreX Australia has the additional function of research and technology development projects to address the effects of long-term drought across Australia and other arid regions.

The name AquaterreX comes from the Latin, aqua (water) and French, terre (earth, land) which is a derivative of the Latin, terra, and “X” for exploration. Thus, AquaterreX encompasses water and land solutions for the planet. Since water is the basic requirement of any solution, our Deep Seated Water technology becomes the “Missing Piece” to an effective water strategy.
