James D. D'Arezzo
President
Mr. D'Arezzo brings more than 30 years of senior executive experience in a variety of corporations from start-ups to a Fortune 500 company. Jim has deep experience in growth at technology companies, from hardware and software to energy. He was one of the original corporate officers of Compaq Computer, which became the world leader in personal computer sales prior to merging with Hewlett Packard. He founded the Geographic Information Systems Division at leading design software company, Autodesk Inc. Most recently, as CEO of Condusiv Technologies, the global leader in performance-improving software for Windows computers, he grew an installed base of over 100 million software licenses for Microsoft Windows-based servers and workstations. D'Arezzo holds a BA from Johns Hopkins University and an MBA from Fordham University.
Barbara Wiseman
Board Member
Barbara Wiseman co-founded The Earth Organization in 2003 with Dr. Lawrence Anthony, becoming its International President and heading up its global initiatives. She has 30 years management consulting, public relations, and international pioneer project management experience. Eight years ago, in looking for solutions to the largest global environmental situations, she discovered a relatively unknown science of water that provided the foundation for a potential body of knowledge to locate sustainable water resources in drought-prone regions. She brought together a team of scientists to validate, document, codify and expand the science, identifying and allying the top experts in the field. Her purpose was to build alliances to advance and implement LAEO's environmental solutions to regions in dire need of water resources and to ensure that this science is broadly implemented for the benefit of humankind and all life. The work of this team resulted in the Deep Seated Water Technology now being implemented around the world.

Dr. Tigran Sadoyan
Chief Geologist-Hydrogeologist
He is also a GIS Analytics Specialist. He earned his Ph.D. in Earth Sciences at the University La Sapienza in Rome, Italy in 2007. He also received an Advanced Studies Certificate in Engineering, Geology, and Hydrogeology of Tropical and Subtropical Regions from the University of Tubingen (Germany) in 1998. Dr. Sadoyan has extensive experience in environmental compliance, specializing in natural hazards and risk assessment. As a geologist, he has a strong background in field work, sample and data collection, aero and satellite image recognition, database creation, analysis and reporting. He has more than 9 years of experience as an environmental compliance specialist with extensive knowledge in environmental and geological research. He has researched and written several papers for the United Nations amongst others in his fields of expertise. Dr. Sadoyan has demonstrated success in research grant, project development, and inter-disciplinary collaboration between different profile scientists and governmental officials. He has teaching, lecturing and instructing experience with audiences ranging from undergraduate students to professional employees. In addition to experience in basic geological and geomorphological mapping, slope vulnerability monitoring, and stability assessment, he is a specialist in geospatial analysis and ground-truthing to target sustainable water resources. Dr. Sadoyan is fluent in Armenian, Italian, Russian, and English.
Arlin Howles
Senior Geologist-Hydrogeologist
Arlin is a Texas Professional Geologist. He earned his Master's Degree in Geology from the University of South Carolina with a BS in Environmental Geology from Edinboro State University. Mr. Howles has over twenty-three years of experience as a senior hydrogeologist with wide-ranging skills that include the performance of site assessments, well drilling, geological data mapping, water supply impact, oil and gas operations, environmental impact site assessments, fault mapping, and site safety. Being proficient in geological and geophysical mapping software, he has performed consulting services for nationally recognized consulting firms addressing surface and subsurface fault studies, coastal beach erosion and geologic evaluation of landfills. While supervising drilling activities, he has performed core analysis and stratigraphic studies for a wide variety of projects in the U.S. and Canada, and has completed remediation programs at 24 gas pipeline transmission facilities, providing technical review reports and quality control oversight while coordinating field sampling programs. He has designed water wells supplying over 100,000 gpd for industrial use. Mr. Howles is the author of three peer-reviewed publications.
Patrick Dunaway

Patrick Dunaway is a sales and marketing executive with over 30 years of experience across multiple industries. He has led major growth initiatives in corporate sales, marketing, and management. At a mortgage reconveyance company, he expanded monthly production from 10,000 to 180,000 orders and managed 250 major financial clients. He contributed to the company's expansion from 25 to 115 employees. In the healthcare sector, he doubled weekly sales from $30,000 to $60,000 in his first year and set a weekly sales record of $70,000. Patrick also sold consulting services throughout Canada, Mexico, South America, and Central America, traveling extensively to implement management systems. He conducted sales presentations, client consultations, and established administrative programs for international clients. His background includes selling oil-recycling services in Texas. He also developed and delivered sales training and supported teams across different industries. Patrick holds a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Sacramento State University and an Associate degree in Business Administration. He is recognized for his ability to generate high-volume sales growth, expand client portfolios, and lead successful organizational implementations.

Marc Rezvani is a multi-disciplinary professional with 35 years of experience spanning technology, creative media, and project leadership. Starting his career as a network engineer and administrator, Marc built a reputation for solving complex technical challenges and designing reliable, scalable systems. His expertise later expanded into sales engineering and project management, where he combined deep technical knowledge with clear communication and strategic planning to deliver successful solutions across diverse industries.
Driven by a passion for storytelling, Marc attended film school with a focus on directing and editing. He has since written, directed, and edited numerous projects, blending his technical precision with creative vision. As a writer and comedian, Marc brings a unique voice and perspective to his work, crafting narratives that are both insightful and entertaining.
Marc's career reflects a rare blend of engineering discipline, artistic creativity, and leadership-allowing him to navigate and connect worlds that are often seen as separate. Juliana Gonzalez is a distinguished Environmental Engineer, Occupational Health specialist, and internationally recognized ISO lead auditor with 17 years of experience across government, oil and gas, pest control, and real estate investment. She has played a pivotal role in helping multiple Colombian government entities achieve ISO certification, setting new benchmarks for quality, safety, and operational excellence.

Steven L. Hayes, Esq., Corporate Attorney, has been providing legal services to companies since 1979. He is licensed to practice law in California and Florida. In addition to legal matters, Mr. Hayes is an advisor to AquaterreX on business operations.
Burt Price
Senior Business Development Consultant
Burt is the owner of Deep Aquatic Technology and he has been a business entrepreneur for over 45 years. He built two companies in the mortgage banking business with over 60 employees, obtained FHLMC/FNMA, VA and HUD approvals, including on site loan servicing. After the mortgage business, he built a profitable technical training company for 10 years, instructing AT&T technicians with certifications in Fiber Optics, Telecommunication Networking and Solar Technician certification training classes. Building businesses from ground up highlights Burt's business acumen. His daily responsibilities include the oversight of operations and building a group of production orientated personnel that made each of his companies profitable. Burt enjoys the outdoors in his free time while living in beautiful Montana.
